Avon Croft Cottage is a superb detached property, in the small village of Hawsker, midway between Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. There are three bedrooms (a king-size double, a double and a twin), one of which has an en-suite shower room, together with a family bathroom, while downstairs has an additional useful cloakroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a separate dining room. The spacious sitting room has a cosy gas fire. Outside, there is off road parking for three cars and a small enclosed garden.
